Why We Built This
If you've ever searched for "JSON formatter online," you know the drill: a wall of ads, a cluttered interface, mystery about where your data is going, and a layout that barely works on a phone. We got tired of it.
JsonDevKit exists because we wanted a single place with clean, reliable JSON tools that respect your time and your data. No sign-ups, no pop-ups, no tracking pixels watching your every move. Just tools that work.
Our Principles
- Privacy first. Every tool on JsonDevKit processes your data entirely in your browser. Nothing is sent to a server. Your JSON stays on your machine, full stop.
- No ads above the fold. We use advertising to keep the lights on, but we will never put ads where they interrupt your workflow. The tools come first.
- Works everywhere.Whether you're on a wide monitor or a phone screen, every tool is designed to be usable. Mobile-friendly layouts, dark mode, and responsive editors are not afterthoughts — they are requirements.
- Fast.Pages load quickly. Tools respond instantly. We don't add bloat, and we keep the dependency footprint as small as possible.
The Tech
JsonDevKit is built with Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and the Monaco Editor (the same editor that powers VS Code). It's deployed on Vercel for fast, globally distributed hosting. We chose these technologies because they let us ship a great experience without compromise.
